Arrival Time

For routine appointments, we kindly request you arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. We understand traffic and life can cause unexpected delays; please notify our office if you are running late for your appointment.  We reserve the right to reschedule if the patient arrives 10 minutes or more beyond their scheduled appointment time. Families of our practice agree to begin their appointment at the scheduled time. Arriving late will deprive the patient of their treatment time. As a courtesy to the next patient, the treatment will end at the originally scheduled time.

The nature of pediatric care can be unpredictable at times.  We assure that each patient receives the care, time and attention necessary for their treatment.  This can mean that occasionally we run a few minutes behind.  We appreciate your patience in these times, knowing we would extend the same attention to your child should they ever need it.  We will always make every effort to be on time or notify you if we are running behind so you may choose to come in later or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48- business hours notice to cancel all scheduled appointments.  There will be a $50 fee for routine cleanings cancelled with inadequate notice.

Accompanying Your Child

We welcome parents to accompany their children while touring the office, and during their first appointment. On subsequent visits while your child is having their treatment, we encourage parents to relax in our front office while enjoying a beverage, television, and use of our complimentary WiFi.  Doing so builds a relationship of trust between our patients and team.  During restorative treatments, children often have their best experience with fewer people in the room.  Should your child need your comfort, we will gladly invite you into the treatment room where your presence can be reassuring.  We kindly request that parents act as silent a support system, this again allows for the patient to interact with Dr. Blank and his team in a trusting manner with clear instructions and encouragement.
